Flowace.ai Data Retention and Deletion Protocol

This document outlines Flowace.ai’s approach to retaining and deleting Customer Data. The protocols vary depending on your account type and actions.

Standard Data Retention Periods

• Paid Accounts (Basic, Standard, Premium): Customer Data is retained as per the following.
  • Screenshots – 3 months
  • Detailed Timesheet – 1 year
  • Aggregated Data for Reports – 1 year
  • Count of Projects & Tasks – Upto 1 lakh
• Trial Accounts: Data is retained for 15 days post-trial. If you do not upgrade to a Paid Account within this period, the data and account will be deleted.

Customer Data Storage Subscription for Paid Accounts

For Paid Accounts, you can extend data retention by purchasing additional storage. If the subscription expires, data will be deleted automatically.

Return or Deletion of Customer Data After Account Termination

After our business relationship ends, you can download and export data from Reports.

Accessing and Downloading Customer Data

We encourage you to regularly download and assess the data you need. Information on downloading reports is available on our support page.

Secure Deletion of Customer Data

Once identified for deletion, Flowace.ai ensures data is securely overwritten or destroyed, making it irretrievable.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Flowace.ai’s data retention and deletion comply with applicable laws. We may retain data longer if required by law, court orders, or regulatory authorities.
