  • TD2 has been a disappointing/costly transition to something with less functionality + higher cost
    Time Doctors team has been steadily pushing us to move to TD2 - after spedning hours transtioning a sizable team we have found more and more issues with the platform with regards to core missing featurews that are avialble in the original version.
    This has cost our company consderably, and the Time Doctor support simply advise us that they will put it on a feature request list for businesses to vote on if they add the feature. The fact is, without these features those businesses cant use your software (we've now had to moev payroll out of timedoctor as were not really wanting to move back to the old version after spending all this time). So of course nobody will vote on a feature where having it missing would prevent them from using your sofware in the first place, they would simply use your competitors.
