Flowace bills users in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the subscription plan, based on the number of active users in their account. Payments are processed automatically through the linked bank account or can be made manually.
We accept payments through major credit card providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Rupay. For any issues with payment, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected]
When you add more users to your account, the charges for those users are prorated based on the time left in the current billing cycle and are billed immediately to the registered payment method.
Yes, as the account owner, you will need a license to access the Flowace platform to manage employees, review reports, and track productivity, among other functions.
Yes, each version of the app requires a separate license. If a user needs access to both versions, two licenses will be necessary.
Additional users added during a billing cycle are charged on a prorated basis for the remaining time in that cycle. These prorated charges will be included in your next billing cycle.
For example:
If your monthly plan costs $100 for 10 users (i.e., $10 per user), and you add 10 more users halfway through the month, you’ll incur an additional $50 for that month. This amount will appear in your next invoice, along with the standard monthly charge for 20 users ($200).
If you remove a user and replace them with another, it is treated as a seat swap, and no extra charges will apply.
When you add new users mid-year, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time in the annual cycle immediately.
If you paid $1,000 for 10 users annually and add 10 more users halfway through the year, an additional $500 will be charged right away. Seat swaps, where one user is removed and replaced with another, do not incur extra charges
If you transition from monthly to annual billing, the system charges you the annual amount immediately. However, any unused time from the current monthly cycle will be credited towards your annual payment.
If your monthly plan costs $100 for 10 users, switching to an annual plan will deduct any remaining credit from the ongoing month from your payment. This ensures you only pay for the time you haven’t already used.
