{"id":120,"date":"2023-11-08T09:27:24","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T09:27:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flowace.ai\/help\/?p=120"},"modified":"2025-03-24T09:58:30","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T09:58:30","slug":"how-to-suspend-the-users","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flowace.ai\/help\/how-to-suspend-the-users\/","title":{"rendered":"How to suspend the users?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Step 1: Access the admin setting<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Log in to your Flowace account with a registered username and password<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click &#8220;Admin Settings&#8221; from the top right under your profile name.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Step 2: Go to the &#8220;Members\/Users&#8221; section.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can find the User tab on the left section of the webpage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on it, and you will have the details of all the members displayed on the screen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Step 3: Suspend the user<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choose the user or team member that you want to delete<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the pen icon present next to the Job role<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on it, and now you can \u201cSuspend\u201d the user and save it.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0or<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click &#8220;Admin Settings&#8221; from the top right under your profile name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to the &#8220;Members\/Users&#8221; section.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the users you want to suspend using the left-hand side checkbox.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click &#8220;Options&#8221; in the bottom right and choose &#8220;Suspend Users.&#8221;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Step 1: Access the admin setting \u00a0Log in to your Flowace account with a registered username and password Click &#8220;Admin Settings&#8221; from the top right under your profile name.
